Vide CO memo number STA/6/1/2013 dated 26.03.2014, The competent authority has ordered the following promotion/allotment in JTS Gr 'A' on temporary and ad-hoc basis in the pay band Rs 15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs 5400/- ( PB-3) with immediate effect.

Minutes of the Four Monthly Meeting held on 28.02.2014
New Items :
1) Repatriation
request of IP’s to be considered – There are Four to Five cases of
repatriation cases of IP’s from Tamilnadu Circle,Kerala Circle, Delhi and Bihar
Circle. Total 12 IP s were allotted to Maharashtra Circle under Surplus
qualified scheme. They have completed their two years probation period. As per
directorate order both the circles can decide the cases of repatriation. Some
cases are on medical ground. If the receiving circle is ready to accommodate
the IP s then association requests to consider their case and give NOC to relieve
the IP as and when vacancy arises in their circle. . On their transfer vacant
posts can be filled up through IP examination.
Reply – The Cases of IP officials who
are eligible for Rule 38 transfer will be considered.
2) Providing Laptop/Tab to IP/ASP’s who are
working in CO/RO/DO – This association is frequently demanding
Laptop/Tab for the IP/ASP’s working in CO/RO/DO. They are the middle level
managers and now days the laptop/tab is essential for the officer to monitor
the work assigned by their superior officer .Therefore it is requested to
provide Laptops/Tab to all IP/ASPs in the Circle.
Reply – ASP (Tour) in the Division will
be given separate Laptop subject to availability of funds.
3) Revision of monitory ceiling of Briefcase/Ladies Purse for official
purposes – At present Brief Case/ ladies purse are being allowed to purchase to the IP/ASPs up to 1500/- . Vide Directorate
letter no 15-1/2011-GA dated 26.10.2012 the revised monitory limit for purchase
of briefcase/Ladies Purse is circulated by directorate for the Directorate
staff. The revised limit for IP/ASP‘s are 3500/-. In some Circles the revised limit is followed
therefore it is requested to allow IP/ASPs to purchase the Briefcase/Ladies
Purse with revised monitory limit.
Reply – The information to
be called for from two /three circles and depending on fund availability the
matter will be pursued further
Pending Item :
1) Filling up of OSD Circle Office.
The post of OSD in Circle office Mumbai is lying vacant since very long. My predecessor has taken up the issue consistently with administration but in vain. I therefore request you to kindly intervene in the matter and issue necessary directions to the concerned for filling up the said post immediately.
Reply - The post of OSD. CO will be filled up only after taking into account the vacancy position in ASP cadre and as per eligibility conditions.
2) Filling up of vacant post of IP's ( Direct Quota)
You might be aware of the fact that since year 2004 not a single direct recruit IP joined to our Circle.This has resulted acute shortage in IP cadre. I therefore request you to kindly take up this matter with Directorate for filling up of vacant post on war footing basis.
Reply: The matter will be taken up with Directorate for change in the rules for IP's ( Direct Quota)
3) Utilization of Supdt RSD Mumbai Post.
Since more than one year this post is kept in skeleton. It was mentioned by Directorate during the merger of RSD Mumbai into CSD Nashik that CPMG may utilize the post of Supdt RSD in the Circle.However, it is very painful to note that the said post is not being utilized by the circle.I therefore request you to issue necessary directions for re-deployment of the said post to the needy region in the circle
Reply- The post of the Supdt. RSD has been utilized in the circle as ADPS ( Technology) CO Mumbai for CBS work.
