Minutes of Bi-monthly Meeting with PMG Nagpur Region.

The following issues were discussed with PMG, Nagpur Region in the B-monthly meeting held on 24/3/2011 at Nagpur.

1.    Grant of additional Mileage allowance.

Decision : Divisional Head may allow additional mileage when ASPs/IPs holding additional charge of Sub Division.

2.    Supply of Swamy’s Handbook for the year 2011 to all IPs/ASPs in the Region.

Decision : RO will purchase and supply Ruling Books. Divisional Heads may be instructed.

3.    Supply of GDS Service Rules 2001, CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964 and CCS (CCA0 Rules, 1965 books to all Sub Divisional Heads.

Decision : RO will purchase and supply Ruling Books. Divisional Heads may be instructed.
