Bench marks required to get MACP.

The following norms are required to be fulfilled while granting upgradation under MACPS…

1) Grade Pay 1800 – 2800 (PB-1) = “Fitness in the Hierarchy“

2) Grade Pay 4200 – 6600 (PB-2) = “Good“

3) Grade Pay 7600 and above = “Very Good”
