Bi-monthly meeting with PMG (MM) held on 16/11/2010. Vilas Ingale, Circle Secretary and Shri Praful Tawade, Member and Inspector (Inv.) CO Mumbai attended the meeting. The discussion on the following issues take place.
1. MACP to IP / ASP working in MM Region. (Old item)
Decision : Orders of Financial Upgradation of IP / ASPs in CO units have been issued vide this office letter No. STA/10-35/MACPS/IPs&ASPs/CO/MM/FGN/2010 dated 28/09/2010. All complete claims received upto 23/10/2010 have been finalized.
2. Non grant of MACPS to Shri I. D. Patil, Supdt. (M&TM).
Decision : Left out cases will be taken up during next meeting. As regards non inclusion of the case of Shri I. D. Patil, SSRM, Air Mail Sorting Division will be directed to send his report.
3. Provision of Laptop to all IP / ASPs of MM Region.
Decision : The matter was examined. The supply will be made by the Directorate in due course. Hence there is no need to take up the case with Directorate at this stage.
All the members are once again requested to send the issues to be taken up with PMG (MM) in next Bi-monthly meeting to Circle Secretary through email.
