As you know during biennial circle conference a souvenir is being released,for release of souvenir,it requires articles related to association,dept of post as well as photos, poems,stories,or any material on interesting subject therefore this association appeals to all to submit such information for publishing in the souvenir.Photo of the writer,author will also be published with their profile.
