Agenda for Bi monthly meeting
1) Reimbursement of residential /Mobile/Brodband connection charges.
At present the ASPOs working in Circle Office and Regional office are getting reimbursement for an amount of Rs 800/- plus service tax for residential /Mobile/ Broadband connection charges.You will appreciate that the ASPOs working in the Division /Units in the region are doing the job of equitable responsibilities with that of working in CO and RO.It is therefore requested to grace the same extended facility of 800/-to all ASPOs in the region.
2) Rotational Transfer for the year 2013.
The rotational transfer for the current year is due .I there fore request that while issuing the transfer orders the request may be considered leniently so that officer concern be allow to work in peace full mind.
