Minutes of Bi-monthly meeting held with PMG, Goa Region, Panaji.

Bi-monthly meeting with PMG, Goa Region was held on 22/3/2012. S/Shri Sunil Mallapore, ASP, Panaji Sub Division and P. R. Kulkarni, ASP, RO Goa attended the meeting.

1. Filling up of vacant post Inspectors in Goa Region.

Reply : Whenever justified, officiating arrangments are made, hence item closed.

2. Grant of additional mileage allowance.

Reply : Union may take up the matter with CO.

3. Reimbursement of recharge coupons to all IPs / ASPs in the Region.

Reply : This item was closed in Four Monthly meeting held on 19/11/2009 with a reply that " As far as PLI is concerned, there is no justification for giving mobile recharge amount as the officials are getting attractive incentive. Moreover this work is to be done beyond office hours".  Union quoted that reimbursement @ 300/- is being given by PMG (MM) Mumbai. This office will take up the matter with CO for clarification.

Minutes of Bi-monthly meeting held with PMG (MM).

Bi-monthly meeting with PMG (MM) on 22/2/2012. S/Shri Vijay Sawant, Circle Treasurer and ASP, Mumbai Stg. Division, P. B. Wankhede, Member and ASP Mumbai Stg. Division, Shri S. D. Kharat Member and ASP (RE/Estt) CO Mumbai attended the meeting.

1. Non supply of printers to ASP :

    Decision - All ASP/IPs may be supplied with PC, Printer and Internet connection.

2. Visiting cards to ASP/IPs :

    Decision - Visiting cards may be supplied to all ASP/IPs.

3. Reimbursement of Mobile refilling charges to ASP /IPs :

    Decision - Monthly reimbursement of Rs. 300/- should be paid for mobile refilling to each ASP /IPs.

4. Landline phone reimbursement to ASP /IPs :

    Decision - Bi-monthly rembursement of Rs. 1000/- (including rent) for land line connection at residence     should be paid to each ASP/IPs.

5. Engagement of Coolies at CST TMO :

    Decision - Coolies can be engaged at CST TMO as per requirement. ASM will take decision on the spot as and when required as per mail flow and shortage of staff. Supdt. Mumbai Sorting Division will make arrangment of the advance to ASRM/Mail Agent CST TMO in the Set.

Minutes of Four Monthly Meeting.

Four Monthly Meeting with CPMG Mumbai held on 5/4/2011.The following items discussed in the meeting. 
Item No. 1 : Review of Sub Divisions. 
Decision : No such review at CO level is called for.
Item No. 2 : Enhancement of honorarium to be paid to invigilators. 
Decision : These are to be decided at Directorate level. .
Item No. 3 : Improper deduction of subscription from the pay and allowances of IPs/ASPs..
Decision : Instructions will be issued to all Regions / Divisions for proper deduction of subscription. 

Minutes of Bi-monthly Meeting ... Aurangabad Region

Bi-monthly meeting with PMG, Aurangabad Region was held on 10/1/2011. Shri Manish S. Nawalu, Organizing Secretary and SDI (P), Bhokar Sub Division attended the meeting.

1) Non drawal of Honorarium in connection with duties of Invigilator performed by IPs/ASPs. 

Reply : Needful if being done. 

2) Reimbursement of recharge coupons of Rs.330/- to all IPs/ASPs.

Reply : Report from all Divisinoal Heads are called for on 07/01/2011. However, it is decided to reimburse coupons of Rs. 330/- p.m. to all IPs/ASPs, who are not supplieid with land line telephone connection to their residence. 

Minutes of Bi-monthly Meeting with PMG Mumbai Region.

1. Filling up of vacant posts of IP in Mumbai Region particularly in case of SDI Mahad (old item)

Decision : IP examination result is announced. Four candidates from Mumbai Region has been declred successful. As and when the approved candidates are alltted to Mumbai Region, the posts will be filled up. Inthis connection APMG (Staf) have been asked to write letter to CO  for filling up of vacant posts of IP in Mumbai Region.

2. Diversion /re-deployment of HSG-I (IP Line) post of SPM, Mandvi PO in lieu of HSG-I (General Line) post of PM, Kalyan City HO.

Decision : This item was discussed in the meeting. The detailed report called for from ADPS-IV (Estt.)

3. Filling up of vacant posts of IP / ASPs in Mumbai Region.

Decision : This item is already replied vide above item. In respect of ad-hoc arrangement APMG (Staff) will please do the needful.

4. Issue of posting orders on promotion.

Decision : Orders have already been issued.

Minutes of Bi-monthly Meeting ... Goa Region

Minutes of Bi-monthly meeting held with PMG, Goa Region on 27.8.2010 is reproduce below. 

Item No. 1 : Officiating arrangement in Inspector Cadre. 

Reply : In all 5 posts of IP(PG) are vacant and manned by ASP (HQ) and 1 (RMS) post is vacant, 6 posts are manned by officiating arrangement. The following posts are vacant i.e. IP (PG) Goa, Kolhapur, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, BM Division Miraj, Sangli. In view of shortage in clerical cadre these posts cannot be filled. 

Item No. 2 : Grant of MACP Scheme to IP / ASP cadre in Goa Region. 

Reply : No specific orders are received with reference to IP/ASP cadre from CO. However, the concerned records have been called and will be done shortly. 

Item No. 3 : Grant of Road mileage to IP / ASPs. 

Reply : SPOs, Sindhudurg will be instructed to grant road mileage and clear all pending bills.

Next Bi-monthly schedued to be held on 29.10.2010 is postponed till further orders. It is learnt from RO Goa that, MACP Schemes orders for IP /ASP cadre have been issued and instructions to SPOs, Sindhudurg division was also issued to grant road mileage to IP / ASPs in the division.

Minutes of Four Monthly Meeting.

Four Monthly Meeting with CPMG Mumbai held on 12/10/2010. The following items discussed in the meeting. 
Item No. 1 : Grant of MACP Scheme to IP/ASP cadre. 
Decision : The process is on and it is expected to be completed within the next two months.
Item No. 2 : Holding of DPC for promotion of Inspector cadre. 
Decision : Action regarding DPC for promotion of IP to ASP cadre for the vacancies upto 31.12.2010 has been initiated and shall be completed within next two months.
Item No. 3 : Up-gradation of Chembur HO from HSG-( (IP Line) to PS Gr. B.
Decision : This issue has already been taken up with Directorate.

Minutes of Bi-monthly Meeting with PMG Aurangabad Region.

 The minutes of the Bi-monthly meeting held with PMG Aurangabad Region is reproduced herewith.

Item No. 1 : Due to shortage of IP/ASPs the Divisional Heads are ordering to IP/ASPs to hold additional charge of any other vacnt Sub Division.  IP/ASP who is holding the additional charge of another Sub Division has to carry out anual inspections, to attend enquiries, to carry out investigations in fraud cases etc of additional Sub Division. But the Divisional Heads are not approving additional mileage of 200 kilometers to the concerned IP /ASP. Therefore, it is requested to issue instructions in this regard to concerned Divisional Heads.

Reply : Whenever additional charge is given to a ASP / SDI Sub Division and he is doing full work of other sub division i.e. inspection, inquiry, investigation etc. in that case he may  be allowed to claim additional milage up to 200 Kms.

Item No. 2 : IP/ASPs has ordered to work as enquiry officer / presenting officer in Rule 10, Rule 14 cases after completion cases, many of the IP / ASP has submitted Honorarium bills for sanction but since last 1 year honorarium bills has not been sanctioned. Hence requested to sanction bills.

Reply : All honorarium claims/bills have been sanctioned on 6-8-2010. No honorarium bill is pending in this office as on today. However, next time minimum charge may be sanctioned.
