Biennial Circle Conference of Maharashtra Circle on 17 & 18 Sept 2016 at Pune

Dear Members,

It is decided to hold the Biennial  Circle Conference of Maharashtra Circle on 17 & 18 Sept 2016 at Pune. The notification will be issued shortly.

All the member of the Association are aware that without monitory support from all members the conference couldn’t be  conducted.

As you all are aware that the  funds are raised from distributing coupons among our members, retired IP/ASP, Group A & B officers. By the end of 20th August you all will receive coupons. During the discussion with all ACS of Regions it is decided that all members will contribute Rs. 1000/- to association in addition to the funds raised from coupons.

As you know association is going to file CAT Case  for reverting back 116 post and for giving fund to CHQ for filing case for getting IP Grade pay from 2006.

I appeal to all members  to contribute an amount of Rs.1000/- each and deposit  in Maharashtra Circle Saving Bank A/C /No.3015582806, Sol ID: 40000100 in the name of Shri Sanjay Kharat and Smt. Manali Tawde  and also to deposit the funds raised from coupons in above mentioned SB account.

Bi-monthly meeting with PMG Goa Region.

Next Bi-monthly meeting with PMG, Goa Region will be held on 25th May 2012. All the office bearers and members are requested to send item/s if any to be taken up for discussion in the meeting with PMG Goa by email to Circle Secretary.

BI-monthly meeting with PMG Nagpur Region.

Next Bi-monthly meeting with PMG, Nagpur Region will be held on 25/5/2011. All members are requested to intimate the issues to be taken up in the meeting for discussion to Circle Secretary immediately. 

Bi-monthly meeting with PMG Mumbai Region.

 

PMG Mumbai Region vide memo No. MR/Union/2-3/2010 dated 2/5/2011 informed that,  the next Bi-monthly Meeting will be held on 25/5/2011.

All the members are requested to send the item/s for discussion in the meeting to Circle Secretary or President of the Association.

Bi-monthly Meeting ..... Goa Region.

Next Bi-monthly meeting with PMG, Goa Region will be held  on 27/4/2011 at RO Goa.  All the members are requested to send item/s to be entrolled in the agenda for discussion in the meeting to Circle Secretary or to Shri S. E. Relekar, Organising Secretary and ASP o/o the PMG, Goa Region, Panaji befor. The last date of submission of agenda is 10/4/2011.

Bi-monthly Meeting ..... Nagpur Region.

Next Bi-monthly meeting with PMG, Nagpur Region will be held on 24/3/2011. All members are once again requested to intimate the issues to be taken up in the meeting for discussion.

Bi-monthly meeting with PMG Mumbai Region.

PMG Mumbai Region vide memo No. MR/Union/2-3/2010 dated 18/1/2011 informed that,  the next Bi-monthly Meeting will be held on 10/02/2011. 

All the members are requested to send the item/s for discussion in the meeting to Circle Secretary.

Bi-Monthly Meeting with PMG (MM)

Bi-monthly meeting scheduled to be held with PMG (MM) on 17/11/2010 is preponed to 16/11/2010. Problems related to RMS wing will be discussed in the said meeting. All Members are once again requested to send issues to be taken up in the meeting to Circle Secretary. 

Bi-monthly / Four Monthly Meetings.

CWC Members and all members of the Association are requested to sent item/s for discussion in the Bi-monthly / Four Monthly Meetings with the concerned Regional PMG / CPMG. The item/s recieved from memebrs will be taken up with administration for enrollment in the agenda. Please sent the item/s to CS either over phone or through email. Bi-monthly meetings with PMG (MM) and PMG Nagpur will be held on 17/11/2010 and 25/11/2010 respectively.

Bi-Monthly Meeting with PMG, Mumbai Region on 28-9-2010.

Next Bi-monthly meeting will PMG, Mumbai Region will be held on 28-09-2010. All the members and CWC members are requested to suggest the item/s to be taken on agenda for discussion in the meeting.
